Responsibilities
- Enroll in and complete real estate coursework to obtain or renew your license

- Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings
- Shadow top producers to learn proven strategies for prospecting and closing deals
- Use CRM and lead management tools to organize client information and track progress
- Contribute to team goals while building your own book of business
Qualifications
- Active real estate license, currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework or willing to enroll, or preparing to renew
- Strong communication and people skills with a client-first mindset
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and open to mentorship
- Comfortable with prospecting and consistent follow-up to build relationships
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools, email, and basic office software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from a top-producing team
