Entry Level Real Estate Agent
Responsibilities
- Complete 12 week training series to kick start your business within 100 days of joining our team
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person team meeting
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
- Execute prospecting and lead generation activities daily
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Conduct one open house each week
- Track tasks and activities in Place CRM
- Ongoing Tasks:
- Study the market and demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Qualifications
- Real Estate License Required
- Team player available to help out and want to join in on team activities
- Strong communication skills you're straightforward and honest
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues you want to convert leads to sales
- Organized with excellent time management skills ready to jump in and waste no time
