Entry Level Production Worker

Primary responsibilities

• Maintain, clean and sanitize the facility and equipment (hosing floors, sweeping spills, etc.)
• Screens final product to ensure there is no foreign material
• Create appropriate documentation
• Operate extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment
• Perform quality tests

What We're Looking For?

• Maintain excellent attendance reliability
• Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude a plus
• Work in a 24/7 environment, 12hr nights, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays
• Able to work overtime
• Able to climb ladders and traverse elevated platforms with frequent standing and walking
• Ability to detect differences in color shades and brightness
• Able to lift low to medium weight on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with all Safety and Quality standards, processes, procedures
• Possess good interpersonal skills required to work in a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, or as part of a team to resolve issues
