Entry Level Production Worker

About the role

Immediate starts available for production, assembly, and packing roles. Help ensure the accurate and timely production and shipment of products. This is a perfect opportunity to start or switch careers into the manufacturing, shipping, and logistics industry. No previous experience is required—all training is provided on-the-job.

Team members must be able to commute to Townsend, MA. Shifts are 12 hours, and the role requires standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow product setup and packaging instructions
• Pack/package products according to provided instructions
• Lift and move products in a warehouse environment

Pay

Weekly pay with immediate benefits. Pay rates include an earned attendance bonus and vary by shift. Payment options include pay card and direct deposit.
