Entry Level Production Associate

About the role

As a production associate, you will assemble windows using tools and automated equipment such as drilling, measuring, and cutting. The work is physical and performed in a clean, climate-controlled environment that prioritizes safety. You will read instructions, communicate effectively in English, and collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues. Cross-training in multiple departments will add variety to your work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work mandatory overtime across various shifts
