About the Role

The program provides intensive job training for young adults, focusing on developing technical and professional skills in Customer Experience pathways such as Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-relevant training in customer service and finance.
• Support participants through mentorship, coaching, and career guidance.
• Facilitate internships at industry partner organizations to gain practical experience.
• Assist with resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills.
• Help participants develop a customer-centric mindset and professional communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; no Bachelor's degree required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Strong relationship-building, entrepreneurial mindset, and communication abilities.
