Entry-Level Plant Operator (TMAC)

We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join us as Entry-Level Plant Operators with ample opportunities for growth and advancement. As an Entry-Level Plant Operator, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of plant operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will assist in the operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facility. About the role

• Shift/Hours/Location: This role follows a consistent Thursday through Monday workweek. You will rotate between two fixed shifts: Day Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM The schedule operates on a 2-week rotation — two weeks on days, then two weeks on nights. Shift hours do not change.
• You will be working for a midsized company with great people and a history of steady growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
• Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
• Demonstrated ability to:
  • Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Work as a team and/or independently.
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience.

• Summary Pay Range Chemical Operator I: $22-$25/hour Chemical Operator II: $24-$30/hour Chemical Operator III: $27-$33/hour

Working Conditions

• Duties are generally performed indoors in a high purity manufacturing environment.
• The noise level in the manufacturing work environment is occasionally loud.
• When working in the presence of safety hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses and full leather shoes, etc.
