About the Role
This role supports Bruderer stamping machines to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. It is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly; report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Conduct limited in-process quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of production output and material heat numbers; must have legible handwriting.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work effectively and communicate openly with colleagues to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adapt to changing production demands and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic technical skills, including understanding of basic math and familiarity with hand tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Capability to work collaboratively with others and follow directions from experienced colleagues.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills; ability to ask questions for clarification.
- Willingness to adapt to new tasks and changes within the work environment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to following them.

Pay
$16 - $20 per hour.
