About the role
Dent Wizard is hiring Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians for July and August classes in St. Louis. The position offers a $1000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive, paid training including transportation, lodging, and meals. No prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Qualifications
No experience necessary – comprehensive, paid training is provided (8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction).

Pay
The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00/hour. Commission-based uncapped earning potential. First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000. Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+
