Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training Included

About the role

Denting and dent repair technician – trainee position available. Paid training, transportation, lodging, meals provided. No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Qualifications

No experience necessary – comprehensive, paid training provided (8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).

Pay

The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00/Hour. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
