Training and Development

Our award-winning training program includes 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching. You’ll learn everything you need to succeed in digital sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more).
• Prospect and cold call within your territory to build your client base.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations.
• Build long-term relationships and earn residual income through client retention.
• Make a real impact by helping local businesses grow.

Pay

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions.
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $85,000-$95,000.
• Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $100,000-$115,000.
