In This Market Development Specialist Role You Will

• Hit the road—on foot or by car—exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO
• Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or related fields
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
