Surface Experts is hiring an entry-level, field-based sales representative to help grow our presence with apartment communities, hotels, assisted living facilities, and residential builders. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people in person, and building relationships. You do not need formal sales experience. You do need to be comfortable spending most of your day on the road and walking into commercial properties. What You’ll Be Doing: Visit apartment communities, hotels, and job sites throughout the dayMeet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staffWalk units and common areas to identify surface repair opportunitiesIntroduce Surface Experts services and book repair workManage your daily route and schedule independentlyLog activity, notes, and follow-ups in our systemTypical days include 10–15 on-site visits This is an outside, field-based role. You will not be sitting behind a desk.
