Daily Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

You will have the opportunity to directly interface with customers on multiple fast-paced programs in support of ARMY and other Department of Defense customers and directly contribute to the success of these programs.

Team Collaboration

You will assist in the technical execution of projects involving multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Technical Skills

• Advanced CAD programs (SolidWorks, CATIA, or PTC Creo)
• Detail designs
• Perform required analysis
• Substantiate airworthiness of developed solutions

Process Exposure

You will be exposed to the entire design/development process and have the ability to influence program execution strategy.

Location

This is an in-office position.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• 0-3 years experience performing engineering-related duties
• Background in Mechanical/Aerospace design and analysis
• Some travel
• Able to obtain and maintain security clearance

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of DOD Technical Data Package practices
• Knowledge of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Drawing Standards
• Experience with Classical and Finite Element Analysis Methods
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles
