About the role

We're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Communications Assistant. No experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop valuable skills while working with nationally recognized brands through live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and promotional campaigns for national brands.
• Represent clients at community events, retail promotions, and live marketing events.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and share information about products and services.
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
• Assist with planning and executing local marketing events and outreach initiatives.
• Work closely with team members and management to achieve campaign goals.
• Help maintain a positive and professional brand image.
• Learn marketing, communications, customer engagement, and promotional strategies through hands-on experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
