Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

Seronda Network is expanding with an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant supporting brand awareness, reputation, customer experience, communications, public relations, events, and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across campaigns, content, communications, channels, or audience activity for Seronda Network.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, status trackers, and supporting documentation for assigned work.
• Prepare, review, schedule, or publish role-appropriate materials while following brand and quality standards.
• Track performance metrics and prepare clear updates that connect activity with audience, campaign, or client outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Quality-check records, content, handoffs, and final deliverables before completing work.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Comfort using common marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project-management tools appropriate to the role.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
• Professional communication with teammates, clients, customers, vendors, or partners.
• Ability to review work carefully for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$58,500 - $65,500 per year
