We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on supporting on-site marketing initiatives, brand activations, and event-based promotions.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site marketing activities during events, promotions, and client activations
• Aid in the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives
• Engage with attendees to provide information about brands, products, or services
• Organize marketing materials, displays, and promotional resources
• Cook up with event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth marketing operations
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding attendee engagement and event flow
