Strive Global Events is a company dedicated to event management and experiential marketing. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site marketing activities during events, promotions, and client activations
• Aid in the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives
• Engage with attendees to provide information about brands, products, or services
• Help organize marketing materials, displays, and promotional resources
• Cook up with event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth marketing operations
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding attendee engagement and event flow

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and team members
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Team-oriented and reliable
