Warwick Mills is a small business located in New Ipswich, NH, specializing in the development of new products for challenging applications, including America's Cup races, military body armor, protective gear for hiking and hunting, and NASA's Mars missions. Our biomass plant supports environmental sustainability by using renewable wood chips for manufacturing functions, such as removing pollutants from ventilation air and providing steam for industrial processes.
About the Role
We are hiring for entry-level positions in our manufacturing department across all shifts. No prior experience is necessary. We provide detailed training, allowing employees to thrive and succeed at their own pace within a "promote from within" culture.
Manufacturing positions offer opportunities to cross-train in multiple areas, including:
- Sewing
- Fabric inspection
- Small part assembly
- Machine operation
