Entry Level Machine Operator 3rd shift

We are seeking a dependable Entry Level Machine Operator to join a 3rd shift team in Nashua, NH. Training is available for this role.

About the role

This position focuses on loading and unloading parts and operating a deburring machine to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal components. No prior experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into the deburring machine.
• Operate deburring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts for quality after deburring.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential.
• Pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Steel toe shoes required; safety glasses and ear protection provided.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and machinery.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay

$20.70 per hour
