Entry-level Lube Technician

Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will work in a collaborative environment to provide top-tier customer service and perform preventative vehicle maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will teach you skills such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, light inspections, and an 18-point maintenance check. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance services to ensure customer safety.Follow safety procedures and operational instructions.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.Ability to read, understand, and follow written and digital instructions.Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled environments.Schedule flexibility, including availability on weekends, with no late-night or holiday shifts.English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
