Responsibilities
- Aid in employment litigation from start to finish
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Conduct legal research and write memos
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client counseling
- Build strong client relationships and develop litigation skills
Qualifications
- Current active California Bar license
- One to three years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
