About the Role
MoFo is seeking a talented and ambitious practitioner to join our Patent Prosecution Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, contributing to prosecution strategy, and providing technical and legal research and analysis for matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. They will also offer technical support for PTAB and litigation proceedings.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ph.D. in biology or a related field
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Top academic credentials

Pay
The annual salary range for this position in Boston, MA; Palo Alto, CA; and San Francisco, CA is $105,000 to $135,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
