Entry Level Laborer- Property Maintenance

You will serve as an essential team member supporting skilled carpenters, maintenance technicians, and tradespeople across dynamic multi-family renovation projects. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience and a direct pathway to build a long-term career in general construction and property maintenance. Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and building repair projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize building materials, tools, and supplies across work sites.
• Prepare work areas, protect finished surfaces, and remove debris to maintain site safety.
• Support basic construction tasks, including measuring and handling tools under direct supervision.
• Help install and repair building components and fixtures within established project guidelines.
• Follow supervisor directions carefully to ensure job site efficiency and continuous safety compliance.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Possession and maintenance of basic personal hand tools necessary for daily tasks.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and absolute willingness to learn new construction trades.
• Physical ability to perform labor, including lifting up to 70 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to report directly to assigned job sites every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior hands-on experience in general labor, construction, demolition, or property maintenance.
• Familiarity with power tools, basic hand tools, and common construction materials.
• Genuine interest in building a career in carpentry, renovation, or property maintenance.

• Weekly pay cycle with competitive hourly pay rates ($18–$24/hr).
