Entry-Level Investigator

About the role

Responsible for conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Works closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and prevent future occurrences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investigations into potential violations of company policies and legal standards.
• Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with HR, legal, and other departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of investigative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check required.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data analysis tools.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
