About the role
Responsible for conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Works closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and prevent future occurrences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations into potential violations of company policies and legal standards.
- Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support findings.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with HR, legal, and other departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of investigative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Background check required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
