We’re expanding our Akron team and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance and financial services. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed from day one. You’ll hone your sales skills by forging strong relationships that serve as the foundation for our firm’s prestige, and we’ll give you the support you need to reach your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for promoting all types of new insurance contracts
• Make changes or additions to existing insurance contracts
• Collect key client information for risk profiles used to identify insurance plans for each unique individual

Qualifications

• Personal approach to insurance sales (preferred)
