Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• No Cold Calling!
• Variety of Leads Available
• Warm Calls Prospective Clients
• Set Appointments Based on Your Schedule
• Update Reports, Records, Bookkeeping Systems, and Other Organizational Tools to Accurately Report Progress Toward Monthly Insurance Sales Goals
• Conduct Meetings with New and Potential Clients and Carefully Listen to Their Individual Circumstances to Present the Best Insurance Policies to Meet Their Needs
• Commit to Remaining Educated About the Various Types of Insurance, Insurance-Related Protocols, and Policy Changes to Ensure Fulfillment of Program Requirements and Ensure Our Customers Are Satisfied
• Maintain a Portfolio of Existing Customers and Pursue Insurance Sales with New Clients by Using Sales Strategies That May Include Cold Calling and Networking

Qualifications

• Must Have a Life Insurance License or Be Willing to Get One
• Live in the U.S.
• Prior Experience in Sales Is Preferred but Not Required
• Proven Ability to Build Rapport and Trust Quickly
• Strong Work Ethic with a Competitive, Goal-Oriented Mindset
• Ability to Follow Scripts, Systems, and Processes While Still Sound Natural
• Coachable, Open to Feedback, and Willing to Learn Continuously
• Time Management Skills and the Discipline to Set and Keep Appointments
