Entry Level In-Home Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
• Follow care plans and promptly report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience required; willingness to learn is essential
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and care plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Must pass background check and saliva drug test
