Entry Level HVAC/R Service Technician - Light Commercial

Pay

$30.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE) plus a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 (DOE). Additional perks include a quarterly bonus plan, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts on vehicles, hotels, theme parks, pet insurance, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including:
  • Air conditioning units
  • Electric motors and heating units
  • Heat pumps and hermetic compressors
  • Commercial furnaces, boilers, and burners
  • Intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers
  • RTUs and remote condensing units
  • Ice machines
  • Walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Upright refrigerators and freezers

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and refrigeration technician
• Active EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb and balance on ladders, and work in elevated or high locations

• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
