About The Role
The HR and Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience and day-to-day HR operations at Farm & Forge Club. This position provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and office coordination.
Qualifications
- Required: Ability to work in office in College Grove, TN M-F between 8-5pm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Self-start with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Maintain high level of discretion related to employee confidentiality
Preferred
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
- Prior experience supporting recruiting or onboarding processes
- Experience working within an HRIS or applicant tracking system (Rippling preferred)
- Interest in long-term growth within Human Resources

Pay Range
The Pay Range For This Role Is 45,000 - 55,000 USD per year(College Grove, TN)
