Entry Level - Growth Marketing Associate
About the role
The Growth Marketing Associate is an entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who learns fast and has native curiosity to build, test, and improve. The Associate works mainly on a financial services client account, reports to the Principal and Managing Director, and partners day-to-day with the Account Director. This role is dynamic and will also support other client accounts. Training comes with the job. We teach campaign management, funnel reporting, copywriting, and attribution on the job, and we don't expect prior experience. We are an AI native firm and will train you on modern AI best practices and workflows. You will receive your HubSpot certification within the first few weeks of employment if you do not already have it.

- Client Account Support: backs up the Account Director across several concurrent campaigns: setup and quality checks, client-ready reporting, status updates, and follow-through on details.
- Content and Social Media: writing spans email, web, social, and long-form content, and extends to planning and publishing of content across web CMS platforms and potentially social media accounts.
