Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our Miami office. This entry-level role focuses on supporting in-person marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and sales initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers during promotional events and outreach initiatives
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Aid in customer acquisition and sales activities
• Help coordinate daily campaign operations and event logistics
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Maintain an overview of campaign activities and share observations with leadership
• Participate in training sessions and leadership development opportunities

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
