Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or 5 years of related work experience and no degree.
• EIT required for engineers; PE preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with construction codes preferred.
• Physical ability to access roofs, crawl spaces, and uneven terrain.

• Awareness of and adherence to the organization’s vision and business objectives.
• Collaboration with others to achieve defined profit objectives of assigned projects.
• Completion of daily tasks consistent with shared goals.
