Entry-Level Fiber Technician

About the role

We’re hiring Fiber Technicians to join our team and help build America’s fiber future. No telecom experience is required—if you’ve worked outdoors, with tools, or in physical jobs, we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fiber internet at homes and businesses
• Run fiber lines from poles to houses
• Troubleshoot and test connections
• Work outdoors in all conditions
• Travel to projects across the U.S.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with your hands and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license (2+ years)
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and weekends when needed
• Must pass federally required drug/alcohol testing
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
