Entry-Level Fiber Technician

About the role

We’re looking for Fiber Technicians to join our team. No prior telecom experience is necessary; we offer on-the-job training for those who have worked outdoors, with tools, or in physical jobs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fiber internet at homes and businesses
• Run fiber lines from poles to houses
• Troubleshoot and test connections
• Work outdoors in all conditions
• Travel to projects across the U.S.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (2+ years)
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and weekends when needed
• Pass federally required drug/alcohol testing
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• No prior fiber experience needed
