About the role
As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center.
Responsibilities
- Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data
- Cooking and eating meals at a cost of a few dollars per meal
- Attending conferences and events around the world
- Assisting with the restoration of normal operations during emergencies
- Collaborating with internal teams and emergency services
Requirements
- Live in Madison, WI
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Open to working second and third shifts, as well as weekends
Qualifications
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field
Skills
- Highly proficient in video surveillance and system management
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
