About the role
As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center.
Responsibilities
- Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data
- Cook up to restaurant-quality meals at a fraction of the cost
- Work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively
- Enjoy a unique campus designed to enhance productivity and creativity
- Earn a four-week sabbatical after five years
- Participate in diverse activities and experiences
Requirements
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment
- Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field
- Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
