Entry Level Equity Trader - March 2027

About the role

As an entry-level Equity Trader, you will undergo a comprehensive training program meticulously crafted to equip you with the essential skills for success in the ever-changing trading environment. Led by our experienced Head Trader and other seasoned professionals, the training commences in the classroom and seamlessly transitions to our trading floor. We firmly believe that live trading is the most effective method for learning and succeeding in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively trade and gain experience from the start of the program
• Participate in daily pre- and post-market firm-wide meetings for collaboration and strategy discussions
• Engage in trade review sessions with experienced traders multiple times per week
• Rotate through the trading floor to learn from multiple experienced traders
• Attend seminars led by top traders
• Participate in team-building exercises including trading contests, social events, and volunteering opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must pass SIE & Series 57 exams BEFORE the start date (employment contingent upon passing)
• Team player with a coachable mindset
• Emotional discipline to balance highs and lows and stay even-keeled
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Passion for the markets
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Unrestricted/indefinite right to work in the United States

Pay

Annual base salary starting at $36,000 + a monthly bonus from trading profits.
