Entry-Level Designer (0-5 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Entry-Level Designer to join our studio. Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. We are interested in curious, thoughtful designers who are passionate about architecture as both a technical and cultural practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a variety of architectural and interior design projects
• Develop design solutions that are technically sound and visually appealing
• Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations
• Use CAD and BIM software to enhance design processes
• Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Contribute to the creative process and provide feedback to peers

Requirements

• A professional Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree, with or without background
• Strong design sensibilities and graphic skills
• An interest in making – through drawing, modeling, visualization, and physical fabrication
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with digital visualization workflows
• Familiarity with physical model building
• Experience working in Archicad
• Familiarity with Rhino

Qualifications

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in design and a passion for architecture as a cultural practice. Experience with specific software is preferred but not required.
