Entry Level Debt Collector
About the role
Join our team of talented representatives and help customers resolve their bills! Our company handles calls for cell phone companies, colleges, universities, trade schools, banking, and credit card companies.
Responsibilities
- Call/take calls from customers to arrange repayment of their overdue bill by phone.
- Provide positive customer service experience.
- Work with consumers by phone to solve their debt obligations.
Requirements
No experience required. We teach you everything you need to know during our basic training program. Our university style training will help prepare you for the position.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma/GED

Pay
$18.00 - $19.00
Schedule
- Full Timers are required to commit to Two (2) night shifts per week
- One (1) night shift & One (1) Saturday per week

Location
We are located in Melville, NY. Our office is located near Route 110 and the Long Island Expressway. We are 5 minutes from Farmingdale State College and Costco!
Hours
- Monday-Friday: 8am-9pm
- Saturdays: 8am-4pm
Hybrid
- The potential for Hybrid work to become available to you based on performance; 60 days AFTER training has been completed.
- Hybrid schedules work the following ways:
- * Full Time - 3 Days in-office & 2 Days at home.
- * Part Time Based on Your Individual Work Schedule.
