Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk Admin (Fully Remote)

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time entry-level position open to candidates in the United States. The role supports travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows through accurate data entry and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and structured data used across travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, and consistency; document exceptions before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking files that support workflow processes.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and traceability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly to ensure the team can act on reliable information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry or closely related work with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without compromising record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace.

Pay

Base compensation: $35,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
