About the role

Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program designed for young adults. It offers skill development, internships, job placement services, personalized coaching, and mentorship through four distinct career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to running a business through technical and professional training in Banking
• Access to internships and job placement support from YUPRO Placement
• Internships may be at JPMorganChase, Bank of America, and other leading organizations in the California Bay Area (Pleasant Hill, San Francisco, San Jose)

Requirements

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Not having obtained a Bachelor's degree

Pay

Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of fifty-three thousand dollars per year.
