Key Responsibilities

• Aid customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Schedule landscaping and maintenance appointments
• Maintain customer records and service updates
• Support billing inquiries and appointment confirmations
• Cookordinate with field teams regarding scheduling changes
• Provide administrative support to office staff
• Deliver professional and timely customer service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
