Entry Level Courier

Requirements

• Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift or move heavy product(s) up to 50-75 lbs. while using dollies/bins.
• Understanding of web-based applications and adaptability to software updates.
• Basic computers and networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems/Google Suite of applications/Android OS.
• Knowledge of commonly used tech support concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong customer, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency to resolve tasks/projects, meet or exceed service level agreements (SLA), and must possess good communication and customer satisfaction skills.
• High level of time management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or operational experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic technology support practices preferred.
