What You'll Do
- Train as an Entry Level Cook by following a structured, step-by-step development program designed to build proficiency in all core kitchen duties
- Adhere strictly to company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal food safety guidelines at all times
- Execute proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures with precision, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and internal safety standards
- Support food and labor cost control by following established portioning, production, and waste-prevention procedures
- Verify ingredient freshness and follow all recipes, preparation methods, and portion-use records exactly as written
- Maintain a professional, orderly work environment, reinforcing cooperation and respect within a structured kitchen setting
- Perform additional assigned duties that support operational discipline and kitchen efficiency
What You'll Bring
- Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and standard cooking techniques
- Foundational skills in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger and pantry
- Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred but not required; training will follow a structured progression
- Ability to stand, move, and work at a sustained pace for extended periods in a high-control environment

Schedule
Full AM availability, with scheduled shifts ranging from 6:00am–2:00pm to 9:00am–3:30pm, depending on operational needs.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and standard cooking techniques
