This is a physically demanding outdoor labor position in the Arizona heat for a dependable, responsible individual willing to learn and commit long-term.

Qualifications

• Construction/Outdoor work experience (preferred)
• Entry Level Positions: Crack Seal/Seal Coat Laborer, Traffic Control Laborer, Slurry Seal Laborer, Grading Laborer, Milling Laborer, Paving Laborer, Chip Seal/Fog Seal Laborer, Wash Rack Striping Laborer, Concrete Laborer
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test at all times
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on feet all day
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly on job sites
• Comfort working in high heat and outdoor environments
