Entry-Level Clinical Lab Technician - Training Provided

Role Overview: An entry-level clinical lab technician responsible for specimen testing, equipment maintenance, and documentation in a diagnostic laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities Perform specimen testing following established procedures under supervision.Track reagents, kits, controls, and standards for receipt, usage, and expiration.Execute pipetting tasks with calibrated devices and dispensers.Conduct preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment, document activities, and escalate repairs as needed.Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including quality control and maintenance logs for compliance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science, Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems.Ability to pass a color blindness test.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Prior lab experience of 1 year or more is preferred.
