Entry Level - Cleanup Crew

About the role

This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean and operational in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the facility clean and operational
• Eliminate safety and fire hazards
• Work Schedule: Day shift, 300am-130pm, Flexible as needed
• Wage starts at $23.34 per hour ($48,547 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses)
• Possible production bonuses for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals
• Operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility

Requirements

• Completion of high-school or equivalent preferred but not required
• Sawmill experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to safely work at a moderate to fast pace
• Lifting is 20-30 pounds on a continuous basis
• Must be willing to learn new skills
• Be a team player and self-starter
