We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (Education, Experience), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (Special Skills Required), Benefits (none given), Pay (none), Schedule (Shift info). Also location maybe not a heading but could be in a paragraph. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we include only sections where we have real content. We have: - Overview / About the role: "Overview Students of Chemistry or Engineering who want to get their future started. Team members must have good interpersonal skills, mechanical aptitude, familiarity with quality systems concepts and knowledge of basic IT tools (e.g. MS Office). Team members must be available to work rotating shifts, weekends (when necessary), able to travel on a limited basis and must be physically capable of working on feet for extensive periods of time. About the role

with

with
  • ... maybe separate Education and Experience. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine. - Skills: Special Skills Required: list. - Schedule: SHIFT: Night Shift (11pm - 8am). Also mention rotating shifts, weekends, travel limited. So schedule info. - Benefits: none given, so omit. - Pay: none given, omit. - Location: maybe not a heading; we can include in a short paragraph under maybe

but not as heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Entry Level Chemical Technician

. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include application instructions (like contact Avneesh Katiyar). Remove that. We must not include boilerplate like "Stefanini takes pride in hiring top talent..." maybe that's not boilerplate but it's about company; could be part of About Stefanini Group. That could be a section "About the company". But headings list only includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not About the company. However we could include it under About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section not in list? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, but we should prefer those headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those headings. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications if we have distinct content beyond Requirements. But we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section maybe "Requirements". Since we have Education and Experience, that's requirements. Qualifications could be same; we can omit Qualifications to avoid thin section. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include details about location, shift, education, experience, overview, responsibilities, skills, schedule, maybe also note about steel-toed boots expense, safety equipment, etc. Those are part of responsibilities or overview. Let's craft:

    About the role

Overview: Students of Chemistry or Engineering who want to get their future started. NOTE: This can be a very messy/dirty job, so it requires the right kind of candidate.

    Responsibilities

    • The Site Representative (SR) at Customer site is responsible for the testing, operation and maintaining of paint detackification system used in the manufacturing of automotive components.
    • The SR will perform a variety chemical tests and document results daily.
    • The SR will learn how to adjust chemistry to maintain and restore the process as needed, which may involve using chemical pumping and controlling systems and manually moving drums of chemistry into application areas using drum dollies.
    • The SR will optimize separation equipment on a daily basis to assist in the removal of paint waste from the process, which may involve adjusting valves and flows of process solutions and separators.
    • The SR will work on repairing chemical feed pumps and other application equipment as needed.
    • The SR will document chemicals used for assistance in inventory and cost control.
    • This is a manufacturing floor job requiring safety equipment such as steel toes, eye & ear protection, and chemical handling PPE such as face shields, apron, and gloves. Candidate will be expected to obtain their own pair of steel‑toed boots/shoes (client does not cover this expense).
    • Daily tasks may include: taking inventory, checking chemical levels and changing drums/totes as needed; running jars for each system and performing jar tests as needed; adjusting feed rates of pumps as needed; performing washer checks for both shifts daily (5‑stage titration) – this washer check task applies only at the Montgomery, AL location.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering.
    • Experience: 0‑3 years (entry level); manager is not seeking candidates with more than 3 years’ experience.

    Skills

    • Computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
    • Basic problem solving / root cause analysis ability.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.

    Schedule

Shift: Night Shift (11 pm – 8 am). The role requires availability for rotating shifts, weekends when necessary, and limited travel.

We also need to include location maybe in a paragraph before sections? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location in a short paragraph before sections, not as heading. Thus we can start with a

Location: 1391 Mitchell Young Road, Montgomery, AL 36108. This position is 100% ONSITE.

Also include maybe contact info? That's application instruction, should be removed. Also include "Stefanini takes pride..." maybe we can incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate paragraph about company but not required. Might be considered boilerplate? It's about the company but not required. Safer to omit to avoid adding non-essential? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. Is that substantive? It's about the company, maybe not essential to job but still part of posting. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that info somewhere. Could be placed in a

under About the role or maybe a separate section "About Stefanini Group". But we don't have a heading for that in the list; but we could add a

after sections. Better to include a short paragraph about Stefanini Group after the sections, not as a heading. That preserves info. Thus final HTML fragment:

Location: 1391 Mitchell Young Road, Montgomery, AL 36108. This position is 100% ONSITE.
