Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)

About the role

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full‑ and part‑time Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to provide in‑home care to clients in Brookneal, VA and surrounding communities. If you are not yet certified, the company will cover your Personal Care Aide training at no cost. The organization is client‑driven, focused on helping aging adults live life to the fullest while supporting its Care Family.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines such as medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the client.
• Communicate any changes in the client’s condition or needs to the office.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Two professional references.
• Reliable transportation.
• A compassionate, dependable attitude.

Pay

Compensation includes performance‑based bonuses (quarterly and annual) and a $500 referral bonus.

Schedule

This position can be full‑time or part‑time, with shifts available during days, nights, and weekends. Schedules are designed to accommodate your personal availability.
